Supplements: Products delivered under our free shipping policy are sent by Thailand’s EMS service. The service is fully traceable and thorough records are kept.

Bulk Protein: Our large bags of unflavoured protein are also delivered free but are dispatched by a separate company. A contact telephone number will be required.

Valeo: Normal delivery time is within 3 business days from payment but this is occasionally longer for customers who live in the far north, the far south and the outlying islands.

Replacement: If any product reaches you in an unsatisfactory condition we will replace it free of charge. Please note that you may be required to return the product to our office first. Any costs incurred in returning products will be met by us in the form of a credit to your account.
